The jail can be a intimidating and dangerous for new Chaplain. This is also a great course for learning how to witness to the lost. \nTHE LAW ENFORCEMENT CHAPLAIN \nThis course is designed to introduce the participant to the world of Law Enforcement Chaplaincy and includes terminology\, responsive\, and forms. The Law Enforcement Chaplain can be very dangerous and should be a calling. \nTHE SPIRITUAL DISASTER CHAPLAIN – SPIRITUAL CARE \nThis course is to prepare Ministers / Chaplains for caring for hurting that have experienced a disaster. If asked to coordinate the faith response to disasters by the State. Designated in the State All Hazards Behavioral Health Response And Recovery Plan. \nTHE DEATH NOTIFICATION CLASS \nDelivering the tragic news of a crash fatality is never an easy job. The shock\, denial and other intense emotions family members and friends experience when receiving a death notification can test even veteran officers. Officers who are called on for notification of crash and homicides fatalities can benefit from special training to help those delivering and receiving this news. Out of concern for victims’ healing process and to support law enforcement officers\, first responders\, and Chaplains/Pastors.
