Are you interested in more funding opportunities for your PSAP?

Do you like the idea of Missouri receiving more federal funds to support 911 efforts at local and state levels?

Do you enjoy a good pizza?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, DO WE have a SURVEY for YOU!

It’s that time of year again! We know you’ve been anxiously anticipating receiving your yearly 911 survey! We know it’s hard to contain the excitement of data gathering and input into an online form, but we do have a pizza party drawing available for those who complete the survey.

In an effort to consolidate the number of PSAP surveys you receive, the 2023 survey includes questions from the FCC and National 911 Office Surveys. We understand that these surveys take time and effort, and we greatly appreciate you taking your time and effort to complete this survey as best as possible!

Due to the length of this survey, we highly recommend you print out the survey and have the information ready as you proceed through filling it out online. If you have any specific questions about the survey please call 573-200-6018 or 573-489-1088 or email admin@missouri911.org or brian.maydwell@missouri911.org.

To thank you for your efforts as well as provide an incentive to complete this longer survey as quickly as possible, we will enter your PSAP into a drawing for 1 of 2 pizza party prizes if the survey is completed before the deadline!

Thank you in advance for the quick completion of the survey as well as for all you do for the citizens and responders we serve. We look forward to getting your responses!

Missouri state statute 650.330.4(13) requires that the Missouri 911 Service Board conduct an annual survey of public safety answering points in Missouri to evaluate potential for improved services, coordination, and feasibility of consolidation. This survey will also be used to inform the 911 Service Board’s triennial report to the governor and general assembly regarding the status of 911 services statewide, as well as specific efforts to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness, and levels of service, as required under 650.330.4(5) RSMO.

State statute prohibits any PSAP from receiving grants and loans from the Missouri 911 Service Trust Fund established (190.420 RSMO) if the applicant failed to complete this survey (650.355.13 RSMO).
