POST #21238
Sexual harassment in the workplace is not always easy to objectively identify. The difference between friendliness and inappropriateness can mean different things to different people. Because sexual attraction can play a role in the day-to-day social exchange between employees, “the distinction between invited and uninvited-but-welcome, offensive-but-tolerated, and flatly rejected” sexual advances may be difficult to discern. This 90 minute session offers the participant information to help identify and prevent unlawful harassment.

• Defining Sexual Harassment & Identifying the Different Types;
• Warning Signs of Sexual Harassment;
• Preventing Sexual Harassment;
• How to tell if a coworker is being sexually harassed at work and what you can do about it; and
