The Missouri Sheriffs’ Association (MSA) is now offering an individual subscription service for our Online Learning Management System (LMS). The MSA LMS Individual Subscription guarantees the subscriber the ability to complete all of their POST required annual CLEE training with the exception of the 2-hour Skill Development/Firearms training requirement. There are currently over 100 courses available to choose from.
This 48-hour course is designed to prepare the participant for working in a jail or detention center. It focuses on developing knowledge and skills to better equip an individual for maintaining the safety and security of a facility, as they ensure the incarcerated individuals’ needs are met in a humane and legal manner. It is a MUST for individuals just beginning a career working in a jail and a friendly refresher for those who have been working in a jail for some time.
This course 4-Hour training session will provide the student with the ability to meet the mandated subcategory training for racial profiling, de-escalation, and Implicit Bias training necessary to maintain your POST Peace Officer License for the year 2023.
This 8-Hour training session is intended as a refresher training for officers who have participated in a Dignitary / Executive Protection program basic course in the past.
This 8-Hour training session provides basic tactical emergency casualty care training which includes: The 3 Phases of Tactical Emergency Care; tactical considerations for rescue; proper procedures for applying a tourniquet; proper wound packing procedures; appropriate use of hemostatic agents; treatment for an open chest wound; rapid shot assessment; and the importance of preventing hypothermia in shock.

This course offers the basic information needed to train and evaluate a new officer. It is based on the highly regarded San Jose, California Police Department FTO model established in the 1970s.

This course covers pistol and shotgun training. Participants should have an advanced working knowledge of weapons used and must pass an initial qualification course with a score of at least 80% on the first day of training to continue the course.
