
Scott Payne
Scott Payne is a retired FBI Special Agent and New York Times Bestselling Author who who spent twenty-eight years in law enforcement investigating cases against drug trafficking organizations, human traffickers, outlaw motorcycle clubs, gangs, public corruption, and domestic terrorists. Payne began his law enforcement career at the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, Greenville, South Carolina, where he worked for five years as a Uniform Patrol Officer and a Vice and Narcotics Investigator. Payne entered the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1998 and worked until his retirement in 2021.

Anthony Bandiero
Anthony Bandiero is a former sergeant with the Nevada Highway Patrol in Las Vegas, Nevada and the current Senior Legal Instructor for Blue to Gold Law Enforcement Training. He is a Nationally Certified Instructor, having studied constitutional law for over twenty years and teaching search and seizure to over 70,000 officers around the country. Anthony has an associate’s degree from the College of Southern Nevada, both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Harvard University in liberal arts and government, respectively. He is also a graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command and a Certified Public Manager (CPM). Anthony received his Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University’s School of Law.

John Worden
John Worden serves as the Academy Director for the Missouri Sheriffs’ Association, bringing extensive experience in law enforcement and training. He is the former Director of the Law Enforcement Training Institute at the University of Missouri-Columbia and retired as a Sergeant from the Columbia, Missouri Police Department. Worden holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Education from the University of Missouri’s Department of Educational, School and Counseling Psychology. He also earned an M.S. in Education (2006) and a B.S. in Educational Studies (2002) from the University of Missouri. In 2007, he completed the School of Police Staff and Command (Class #241) at Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety.
