This online course begins with a discussion of changes made to Missouri Revised Statutes by the various House and Senate Bills and Resolutions that came out of the 102nd Legislative General Session, First Regular Session 2023 and were signed by the Governor. The course finishes with a discussion on recent court decisions and holdings from the Missouri Supreme Court, U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Missouri Appellant Courts during the 2021 to 2023 term (October 2022 through July 2023).

When an officer exceeds those privileges other officers on the scene have the duty to intervene and restrain the misfeasor officer.
